Digital Products (Design Boards, Lookbook Downloads)
All digital products are final sale. Once a design board or downloadable file has been purchased, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We encourage you to review all product details, sample images, and descriptions before completing your purchase.

Slight Customization Services
If you purchase a pre-designed board and add on our “slight customization” service, you are eligible for:

One (1) revision round to ensure it aligns with your space needs.

Refunds will only be granted before the customization process begins. Once customization has started, the order becomes non-refundable.

Technical Issues or File Access Problems
If you are experiencing technical issues (e.g. download error, broken links), please contact us at support@smluxedesignstudio.com within 3 days of purchase, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds for technical issues will be issued only if the product cannot be delivered after reasonable support efforts.
